I want to know what is going to happen to my brick?!
who has donated city memorobilia to the club.
I did when at HR, it is somewhere in the Ricoh, hope Jim brown and Lionel Bird have kept them all safe.
Edna Davies gave over 2,000 photographs that her late hubby had taken while at the Cov evenong Telegraph, these went back to before the war.
Over 100 years of history has been kept there for a proposed museum.
Probably sold for their own means, I had a cheque from the 'old' trust for £100 for an unbelievable amount of stuff. I let them have it cheap as it was to help the club, but never seen a thing about it since. Assumed ir would have been an auctiin but probably just added to their personal collections.
Well I did write to them to find out what happened and never received a response. They collected it all from my house - at least £500 worth but as I was moving thought it was time to release and do a favour too. Can't see why below the belt tbh.
Hopefully that's what did hapoen with it but it would have been nice to have received a response from lionel to have heard where it went.
Lionel and Jim were down the Ricoh this afternoon finding and putting all memorabilia that didn't belong to club in a locked room for safe keeping.
You are lovelyI bet they were, smiling all the way to the bank too
