Not a fan of this one as I don't know the original , although always happy to be educated in any form and had no idea Andros Townsend played for Millwall let alone scored v us. Complete memory blank on that. Google stats 11/2.

Wait, what???? Original? What do you mean "the original?"

Have I been misled. I thought Gruff wrote ALL of the songs he posts up. That's why I admired his quickness in posting them all up after every game.

I thought to myself, half an hour, that's not bad going in writing a song, both the melody and the lyrics and then multi-track recording them and then uploading them. Sure, with better technology, maybe could be a tad quicker, but it's still pretty impressive, but now you tell me that Gruff didn't write Mr. Brightside and the Queen songs? 😱

Hi Rob. Thanks for the feedback. The problem I have is YouTube not allowing me to monetise any songs that are parodies of other ‘Existing’ songs. Therefore the three so far this season are written by me (completely original) and are not parodies of songs that already exist. Which is why you won’t have heard of them before. But, to be honest, like you, I prefer changing the words to existing songs so will just have to deal with the copyright issues and grow a pair! 😂😂😂 It just means I don’t get any money from YouTube and it goes to the original artist.

Surely parody is fair use? Ridiculous when you consider Weird Al made an entire career of it. I wonder who would get the money if you used one of his 🤔
