Me and a few othersare looking at stopping over in London on the night of the game. None of us have a clue about London, so can anyone advise which train station we should be heading towards, decent pubs to drink in and what areas/hotels we should be looking at stopping in?

Any help/advice is appreciated

Cheers

London Bridge is the nearest big station, you get the train from there to South Bermondsey to get to Millwall's ground. I believe there is a segregated walkway from the SB station to the Den now, not been by train myself since 2001.

Around London Bridge and on the south bank of the Thames there are loads of pubs and great scran at Borough Market. You could stay around this area too or towards Waterloo. Other considerations are staying in East London around Shoreditch as Millwall is fairly convenient from there.

Shoreditch is a good call if you like Indian food. Brick Lane is full of Inidan restaurants and close to Rough Trade records!

£26 a ticket has got me thinking I might give it a miss! Rediculous price for a league one game and at heir ground of all grounds!

Save your money and watch Solihull Moors for 15 quid (non league)
