I've not had any back for food and drink. Just checked and the transactions have come through as 'CBS Arena Kiosk xxx' Rather than Coventry City Football Club.

Wonder if it's due to using different kiosks and only certain ones are set up correctly

I’ve not had the cashback yet, but my transaction for the Hull tickets were debited by ‘CCFC’ so should be within scope.

Yeah it does, cashback notification popped up at the same time as the payment one earlier

I made that mistake, but will contact the bank if it doesn’t come through after the transaction is completed.

Same for me initially. I clicked on missing cashback and they sorted it within a couple of days.

It's £100 maximum cashback over the period, expires 4th May, no matter when you activate it.

Would love it to be permanent. Everybody wins. Half of Coventry would sign up for a Monzo card if they kept it permanently.
