I did a sliding tackle after a few beers in the garden the other week - couldn't walk for a few days after. I put it down to technique and not the fact I haven't exercised properly in 2 years.
Crap nights sleep - no sex which is normal Which is a shame so onward and upward ! No alcohol last night which is not normal which is a shame but I guess if I weigh myself I might have lost an ounce or three
