Sunday - undecided though I wouldn't mind seeing the new Ken Loach film but it's not showing on Cov.

All good mate pretty much back to normal, can use the gym and swim
Been using the cross trainer and exercise bike

Most enjoyable thing is walking the dog although as the day progresses I have a slight limp

surgeon suggested I try the treadmill in the new year

I’m also scheduled for some more surgery Next year they are hoping to smooth down the skin graft on my ankle

I’m hoping to have it when Euro 2020 is on :emoji_relaxed:

Have a good un, off to Yorkshire for my uncles 60th this weekend so unfortunately going to miss the city game. Weekend away from sports! There is going to be a lot of pissed people at the game on Saturday with that early start!
