Wonder what he will say?

Hopefully it will be still improving, lets not get ahead of ourselves etc rather than amazing.

Mowbray says:

As we said before it's great to wincy he credit to players for bravery to play on a nice surface, work rate, desire

Tonight we got our rewards

Made positive chances

Unfortunately picked up a hamstring with Marcus which TM apologised to him for as he's had to play a lot

Hope to cover his loss

Ward doing well and will get better as he climatises to the teams. Physical attributes good.

Fleck good too

Have to decent CM players

Delighted for forwards who scored

**radio cuts out**

Delighted for him who can take decision for him to be on the bench (not sure who he was on about there. Poss Obrien)

Odeluzi fantastic impact sub. Like a whippet. Fitness not up to starting every game

Like to attack rather than chasing back

Clean sheet positive

Spent whole playing career fearing conceding goals

Plenty of game to push on with

Need to find level of consistency

If lose a few games will get sucked in but have brought a lot of teams back in it with our results from mid table

From. Being 5 points adrift looked like 4-5 teams competing. Now different

No development on Ricketts. TM identified players and leaves negotiations to others.

If e came in would add experience but would find it difficult to bring him straight in after tonight

Highlights his versatility

If something happens, great. If not, won't be trough a lack of trying

Stokes has been tested with the step up, but has stepped up to it positively. Like him, he listens, tries to do what you ask of him.

Missed most of it, likes Stokes because he takes things on board and tries to implement everything.

But I'm very disappointed that we went looking for a second goal when we know that the coventry way is to go backwards and concede. Make no mistake, these players will be banished from this foootbull clubbbb

Its an improvement to have a manager that sounds like he's actually watched the same game as everyone else!

I think we watched the same game as Pressley; just that CWR had the post match comments for that particular match on a loop. In fact, I'm beginning to suspect that SISU may have pulled a fast one, and that in fact we started the season without a manager.

I felt that with Robins, but I think they're about the only 2 I can remember.

8 year contract based on 4 games?

This is how we got into the shit with Pressley and the 4 year contract

We should be trying to tie him down for the next season and possibly the season beyond that but 8 year contract, seriously?

Some of us were unhappy with SP well before he got his contract extension. But many blamed SISU for the players coming in and not SP. Now we have a good manager that has changed things quickly with mainly the same players but has brought in a midfielder that most of us could see was needed. We are playing like we should have been all season. I would like to get Mowbray on at least a two year contract. He is proven at Championship level. How can you compare SP to that?

It was a lighthearted comment pal when I said 8 years. But Tony has done more in a week to address our problems than what SP had done all season. Realistically speaking I expect at least 2-3 years contract given to TM at the end of the season

After Thorn and Pressley I think Mr Bean managing the team would be a breath of fresh air. Mowbray has done a good job so far but so many previous managers seemed god like during the honeymoon period and we know how they ended up.

I would think a lot will depend on if the owners are prepared to support him properly with new players and if he can see a future he may sign on for a couple of years. I think the season ticket sales in the summer could be decided on if he is here or not, during the reign of the previous man there was no way I would have renewed now I am thinking a bit more but will still wait to see what the owners do invest in the team and manager and I will invest in a season ticket.

So nice listening to a manager that knows what he's doing/saying. Must be nice for the players as well not having to listen to the same boring half positive droning scottish accent telling them there brilliant for not beating some below average league one team at home.

What colour shoes is he wearing these days too?

I'm going on the assumption that he's swanning off in the summer so that way I can only be pleasantly surprised if he signs on.

I'm not comparing him to SP, I was just questioning the length of the deal suggested.
