He's a football manager, I'm a fan.

I can see the formation isn't working, we have nothing up front.

We should stop trying to rotate players.

Henderson was brought in as a plan b, the plan b today was to keep the same system.

I'd have dragged Madison off today the minute he did his tenth dive.

Should have started with two strikers, Armstrong and either Henderson or Tudgay.

I don't think anyone is saying he should be sacked but if I was Anderson (or whoever is in charge of stuff like this) I would be wondering why his last 3 seasons as a football manager have all gone the same way? Top 2 half way through before hitting terrible form?

Since Andersen is a statistics nut, he'd probably say the sample (3 seasons) is not large enough to be statistically significant.

Really disappointed that TM is sticking with such a small team and trying to play our way neatly out of this tough league. Fine while it was working, but we have been completely sussed, and to defeat the system teams really only need to work hard on closing us down. We have no physical presence whatsoever. Feeble is the word that springs most to mind.
