"I'm delighted to sign [as Coventry City FC manager] and we start from a pretty low point with the retained list out and the need to build a new team."


"The proof of the pudding is in the eating. Let's wait and see. I have told the owners how I want to do things, how I see the way forward and hopefully they are on board with that. It's more about moving the money around different areas rather than getting more money."
