TM reminded us when we were flying high that he had been in this position previously at least once (or was it twice) in his career and ended up mid-table.
By his own admission, he has form for this and what this would seem to suggest is that he is unwilling to change a team, particularly the formation, when the team has clearly been rumbled and things are going rapidly down hill.
I'm not suggesting he should be sacked but surely after the last 3 games (and the last 3 months come to that) he needs to find another system very quickly.
