MK Dons today.. I think it's like to be party time in the away end, that said the only piece of news occupying my mind is that we are going back to the Ricoh! I think it's fantastic news for the Club, the fans, local businesses and the City as a whole that Coventry City is returning home.
I am one to admit that when the Ricoh first opened, I still hung on to Highfield Road and I never gave the Ricoh a proper chance, couple that with the dross we had seen on the pitch most of the time while at the Ricoh it was safe to say I never rated it as highly, however as of September 5th it's a new Dawn, a second coming and a new beginning, I am going to give the Ricoh a proper chance to impress me all over again.
Even now I feel more excitement moving back into the Ricoh then when the Ricoh first opened.. 13 days to go!

Enjoy it Robo. Always an honest poster and hopefully get 3 or 4 points from next two away games and build momentum into gillingham.
The 5th will be a sell out IMO and if it is everyone will be on sky watching in awe. It would be amazing actually.
Think about this. A lot of people watched on sky the Cardiff game at sixfields and everyone couldn't believe their eyes. Us fans and every football fan just watching a Wednesday game of football. People were genuinely shocked and sorry for us. 1300 attendance and in 3 weeks to go from that to 32k at the Ricoh buzzing. That's what I can't wait for personally.
My vow will be to get block 20 singing and rocking when I buy my ST, i have a big enough mouth to shout loud ,as I do at away games. I may book a box to celebrate the return to the Ricoh , but it up to us all who can shout loud to get the others singing and shouting the team on and be patient ( for once) if things are not going well.We can be the twelfth man. Let's adopt the Crystal Palace attitude of their "ultras" singing , and taking drums , and horns.
Lets all sing together , . , and fight till the game is one.

I am hoping that the news of the Ricoh might spur us on to six points and if we can get a sell out, show the world of Football how much Coventry City Football Club means to the City and it's supporters!
Perfectly put. This is the reason I hope we look back and see the club moving away as being a bit of a positive in a way. Imagine a full house for a league game. Build momentum and the crowds will keep coming.
I've hardly posted on this forum since the move, and now I just cant get off this forum, or ready sky blues news and watching videos on player.
A stadium is only as good as the fans in it. If you don't like the atmosphere, what can you do to improve it? (Not aimed at Rob, who I know is trying to do things)

I logged out late February as almost all discussion on here revolved around the same posters and their respective stances and it all became a bit repetitive plus not going to many matches and no 'home' games I didn't have much to say about the actual football. Now I feel a renewed interest and CCFC will be back on the social calendar once again.
