but who in the football club would make the final decision regarding player sales. Is it Joy Seppala, Tim Fisher or Andy Thorn? (Or Waggot? although I thought he was to concentrate on "ins" more than "outs")

Just be interested to know... thanks

I guess it depends on money so it would be over Thorn's head if money talks.

I would think that the only thing that Joy does is set financial targets for the board and it's the board who make the final decision as to who goes.

By the look of it SISU decide the budget for players wages as a complete squad. This is why the bigger earners have gone. AT decides who he would like at our club. This does not include our player sales though it looks. Then Waggot does the deals as cheaply as he can, or gets as much as he can for players sold.

It's Fisher's plums on Joy's chopping block. If you look closely you can see the beads of sweat forming on his top lip as he furiously attempts to polish a turd, while keeping an eye on the Calphalon just above his testicles...

It should be Thorn!
He should have full authority to work within the budget.

If you follow the Noel Whelan thread I think that he implies that Waggot is the hire'em fire'em or maybe I'm reading it wrongly?:thinking about:
