I'm more surprised that Bury are continuing to buy players what seems every other day. Considering they were having some serious financial problems, is it a case of "Promotion or Bust" for them ?

That's what they did last year and they failed to get promotion! They are now having to get rid of the high earners and the Neil Dann types of players in
