The lad in front of the naughty corner was my man of the match - several times he managed to get the ball to Murphy in the slowest possible time - brilliant!!!

What a legend the ball boy was at the singers corner, everytime he got the ball he casually gave it back to Murphy and wasn't fazed by there player running up to him telling him to hurry up, he just threw the ball over his head, LEGEND!!!!!! must start a song for the boy!!!!
I seem to remember a goalie pushing a ball boy in order to recover the ball because he was time wasting. Think it was an away game, but cant remember the fixture.
Now a days, I bet you'd get a red card if you did that!!
Yeah, a ball boy at the Telegraph end did the same thing yesterday.
Do you remember the Jimmy Hill controversy that time when he blamed a ball boy on match of the day for a defeat. He said the ball boy had given the ball back to the opposing player too quickly in injury time. I think he had to apologise or something in the end.
Brilliant to see it. The CT one did it first (waiting for the oppo player to come then throwing it past him) then the one at the other end did the same thing.
Exactly the kind of gamesmanship we need if we're going to stand any chance. Sick of us always being nice.
Sunderland fans still blame the ball boy at the Cov v Bristol City game for causing some of the delay that led to their match finishing before ours which allowed both us and Bristol to realise that if nobody tried to win in the last 5 minutes and so drew then we'd both be safe. That ball boy still has a contract out on him in Retardsville, him and Wor Chinny. There was an FA enquiry and the ball boy was found guilty but because his dad was sat on the panel he was only grounded for two days. Aye, canny though but, man Brenda, how.

I remember that....for some reason I have a funny feeling it was Liverpool vs Blackburn about 15 years ago, maybe 10. If I remember rightly, he said that there needed to be an enquiry into it, or something along those lines.
