Well, fwiw, I reckon you'll be able to pick us up for a lot less than the asking price for Leeds.
As the old saying goes though, you get what you pay for.
We're a lot closer to a major airport too, which has to be a consideration if you're travelling in from the US to watch games. If it helps secure the deal, I'll be happy to pick the new owner up from BHX on game days, as long as he doesn't mind popping into the pub on the way to the Ricoh.
Jesus Christ call the Samaritans. Not been even confirmed that he is even interested in cov yet its just paper talk. any excuse to use the woe is me card
They were figures quoted in public domain at the time .
Makes you wonder what pressure and change of business Priorities/plans were in Bates's case ,after suddenly taking short ownership from the mysterious offshore investors in the Caymans .
Not related to fit and proper surely?

Which just proves the point its better to deal in fact than paper speculation....as PKWH said in his reply to my questions there are too many people on this site taking rumor and opinion and stating it as fact.
No disrepsepct to you Wingy as I appreciate you were just posting what you had read elsewhere in the media as many do.
leeds utd has now been valued at £58million, why would someone want to pay that amount for a club thats in no better a position than when he offerd less the £22 million that the current owners payed for LUFC ?
he could buy city and the ricoh for around 10- 15 million ? maybe less.
The sort of money Leeds are looking for would get us and probably the Ricoh!
Imagine the rich Texan having a modern stadium, no need to rebuild anything, the site development and a football club big enough for the top league all for one price.
I heard it reported on Radio 5 this afternoon that Leeds owners were just looking to sell a minority stake which confirms the report that Ginetta heard at around the same time.
