What type of salary would we be paying our manager would they get about 2k a week on average in league one?

Robbins was on 100k. Pressley 120k. So both around the 2k per week mark. Not sure about Mowbray. That's probably slightly above average at this level.

I assumed Mowbray was on a fair whack more than average purely from his higher league background and reference to wanting his salary pay off to go to the team instead.

The highest earner is on 2k a week? Wow that surprises me. Not saying you're wrong but where'd you get that from?

Thinking Willis. In L1 2k per week is a very good wage. Might be the odd one or two on a bigger wedge. In L2 it's even lower. A club a couple of years ago paid 3 or 4 players a grand and the rest £3-400.

What's galling is if TF is picking up such a hefty wedge in comparison (did somebody quote/misquote a five figure amount on this forum previously (hopefully only £100.01pw - and we've still been robbed!)

Not with Sisu in charge, they probably pay just above the minimum wage
