We win we argue. We draw we argue. We lose we argue.I hope we win today couldnt stand another week of arguing
you're changing what you said.
You would be happy if wasps booted city out at the end of next season if isu don't drop legals.
That would effectively kill the club. That's a disgraceful attitude from a so called city supporter.
I want sisu gone but not if it means killing city, you want them gone even if it kills the club. As long as the team moving hedge fund you love gets one over on the one you hate the club is an irrelevance.
Can’t wait for all the moaning later , idiots turning up at 2:50-2:55 and saying they missed the kick off,
They will blame the club and blame sisu because they are stupid enough to turn up at that time ...

The court cases should be finished by the end of the new deal.
In that respect Sisu will loose interest as they have nothing left to gain(recover).
Things will move in the right direction then.
If they don't go then the club will just be offered another 1 year deal.
Which means it will be unable to buy into such things as Ricoh infrastructure (shop, offices) and revenue streams (food & Beverage).
Thats the way we make it also our home.
Where do you get I hate CCFC ?

I've no idea where you get your hate for CCFC. You'll have to ask yourself. You're the one who'd be happy for wasps to kick them out if sisu are still in charge in 12 months effectively killing the club.
So you are saying that the Eastwood interview I posted is more accurate than the london wasps statement?
From their statement:
“It is widely known that there are obstacles – in the form of the current legal proceedings – which stand in the way of a longer-term agreement.
“We believe it is important for all parties concerned that we clarify at this stage that, unless those obstacles have been overcome by the time those discussions for the 2019/20 season would normally commence, then, regrettably, we will not be in a position to enter such discussions.”
I think our long suffering support deserve some clarification.
I also agree with @theferret about the this isn't a commercial decision line been a bit suspect.
I know you said 3 years ago ground naming rights were soon to be announced
My thinking also is that any long term deal will not take place while sisu are here.
Short term deals will just continue at the detriment to both clubs.
Wasps won't chuck the club out.
Still can't see why you think I hate the club unless you think also supporting Wasps is the reason.
but do you agree that that isn't the rhetoric used in the official statement though it does seem to be what Nick Eastwood said in the interview I posted?
Some clarification either way from the parties involved would be nice.
He is saying that CCFC want their own stadium and it has not happened yet so he is giving them another year to help sort something out.
The statement needs to come from CCFC/SISU as Wasps are just reiterating what CCFC are saying.
He is also saying that there is no financial benefit in having CCFC here which should be worrying for us.
He touches on a long term deal but mentions the legals are getting in the way as you would expect.
I adding to this by saying there will be no long term deal while Sisu are here.
NO, he said another one year extension would be difficult, the statement said it won't be possible unless the obstacles in the way, which is obviously the legals have been overcome. There's a contradiction.
Don't believe they don't need City, has to be beneficial financially even if it's not a huge amount, raises the profile of the stadium far more than wasps ever could and would be suicidal politically to make a move that jeopardises the future of the club.
Interview with the vampire. :emoji_blush:
I think that makes the position quite clear.
There is a long term deal if we want it.
I think a rolling 10 year deal is best with perhaps a 5 year pull out allowed with penalties.
It takes 5 years to plan and build a stadium and 10 years enables buy in on any major joint commitments.
The 12 month extension is about what I expected really lot on here are saying it’s between ccfc and Wasps and it might be but I suspect a third party the EFL might be more involved than we think. Their rule book requires a minimum 10 year agreement and possibly have given 12 months to sort it once and for all might be wrong but I can’t see another reason as to why it’s taken so long to get the deal announced as it is exactly what we already have. Got to get these legals sorted and out of the way or I fear our very existence is at stake.
He’s more of a snake oil salesman than Fisher - the deal on offer offers nothing
im certain there is, whether it’s an actual rule in isolation or it is within the whole ground scenario I don’t know and certainly not scouring around for it.I'm pretty sure there is no 10 year rule, show me where there is, for one it would make no sense for clubs regulated from the EFL.
There is definitely a season long regulation to ensure the full season's fixtures can be played,
13.9 Subject to any dispensations granted by the Board, a Club shall either own its ground or have a legally enforceable agreement with its ground's owner for its use by the Club, expiring not earlier than the end of the current Season.

There isn't one mate.im certain there is, whether it’s an actual rule in isolation or it is within the whole ground scenario I don’t know and certainly not scouring around for it.
Why say that when you are clueless on what it is? It makes you look very silly.
Bizarrely there is a security of tenure regulation to be admitted to the Football League which is 10 years but once you're in Standardised Rule 2.3.2 applies:im certain there is, whether it’s an actual rule in isolation or it is within the whole ground scenario I don’t know and certainly not scouring around for it.
2.3.2 A Club must either (a) own the freehold of the Ground or (b) as at 31 March in each year, have a lease of the Ground which does not expire until at least the end of the next Playing Season or (c) possess a written agreement for the use of the Ground which is acceptable to The FA and the Competition

Good news haha that’s funny. You hate good news don't you

I’m not clueless as I said to you at the time the JLR stadium was bollocks when you said it was round the corner 3 years ago. Unfortunately what Nicky whispers to you gets let’s just say lost in translation.
