I quite like this idea but I also liked the occasional bespoke titles Nick dished out, such as Finance Director for OSB or Tea Boy for Gilbert! We can do something similar here:

My parents and a few mates were having a drink in bar before a Motorhead gig years ago. My Mum shouted over to my Dad "Lemmy (he had big hair) what do you want to drink?". The real Lemmy turned round from the bandit to tell her he wanted a Jack!
