Has anybody heard anything recently about our plans to build a new stadium at warwick uni? Is it just me who thinks it’s a bit worrying/odd that we haven’t heard anything for a while?

I don’t think it will happen, but retain a slight bit of hopeI don't think many believe it's going to happen (myself included). Even if it were, surely there is at least a 10 year time frame on it given we are locked in at the Ricoh for the next 10 years. Don't expect to hear much.

Agreed mate. I never thought it would happen , but just think it’s disappointing we haven’t heard anything , which is why I pointed it outIf they say they’re going to do something they should be held accountable

what a shame, my old man got his PhD at Warwick, our old home was actually on Charter Ave right behind Warwick, moved to the states when I was young, would’ve loved to come back there and attend matches a whole 2 minutes away.Not happening
The Club and the University do not expect to issue a further statement on the project until early in 2021, when we hope to be able to share further details on this exciting project with Coventry City’s fans and the community.
I'm not interested in another stadium. We have one in Coventry and doing very well in it.
Does the last week of August still count as early 2021?
