Not in the area to listen to the commentary saturday and only found out about Joe Murphy being stretchered off after the game... Does anyone know how he is doing and what happened to him?
You have to take your hat off to him,he totally showed his metal in the cause sky blue that was'nt an easy save to make with that hulk coming at him,got us three points with it
and at lwast now hopefully we get to see our other better keeper plan, that actually talks to the back 4 and we look alot more comfortable with him, hope murphy is ok though like has been said before nobody wants to see what hapened on saturday, Miller reaction was worrying he called for the physio straight away

I think Murphy has had bad press. I don't know where you sit but we always here him ranting, raving (swearing) at the defence. Kept us in the game with good saves in the first half (especially against Miller). Goals against this season is hardly an issue given the team we have - no worse than when Westwood was in goal in fact.
I heard AT saying that (not the car crash bit)! Said he'd woken up and he couldn't remember anything or who he was at first so they told him he was Gordon Banks!

Isn't it refreshing to have a manger who is not ull of cliches but one liners. When AT has to talk football or give a match verdict you can feel he is uncomfortable but give him the chance to crack a joke and he is in there. IN AT WE TRUST.
i spoke to joe after the game and he is fine he just got knocked out cold he said . the poor bloke was trying to get a lift home because he couldnt drive for 24 hours
