Unfortunatly Coventry find themselves just outside the playoffs after loseing 3 consecutive matches. Are oppenents were Norwich, Cardiff, and QPR all 3 teams are contenders for promotion this season. The last 3 loss streak we went on we come back with a 3 win streak can this be done again.?

Next 3 Fixtures

Coventry v Ipswitch (H)

Barnsley v Coventry (A)

Coventry v Sheff UTD (H)

I think are squad is strong enougth to come from these 3 games with 7/9 points, thoughts please.

With players coming back from injury early/mid january we will have a strong squad trying to earn their places again. There is no reason why we can't get good results from those 3 fixtures and be back in play off places. PUSB

I agree disorganised only 9 points will do. Last time we lost 3 we won the nxt 3 so lets hope for the same again!

i feel we need the 9 and the plyers know that we were unlucky against the promotion running sides so i feel we can beat these 3.

I have feeling we'll take 6 points from the 9 available! I'm trying to be optimistic but don't want to be overly so! I'd be happy if the wins came at home!

I think that we are the favourites for all of these games, however i think we will only get 7 points. Which would be enough i think to see us back in a play-off position

they are all winnable, we need at least 7 to maintain a top 8 position. Ipswich is probably the most likely to be the slip if any, still without gunnar, clingan and the players replacing them are not good enough, bell, clarke and doyle.

I'm hopeful for all 9 points and I don't see why we can't do it. I think Barnsley will be the hardest of the three but we normally do well against them!

last time we lost 3 we come back with 4 clean sheets. so as long as we can do that and start to convert more of our chances im hoping we get the 9 points from the next 3!

if we get 3 wins we'll be on the exact same amount of points boothroyd's watford team had after 27 games, and they went on to finish 3rd and win the play-offs

I can't wait to be out of this festive period.

The only good thing to come out of it is the fact I have said for years if Eastwood starts, Eastwood will score

Cheer up lads!!!! beat Alice in the Cup, beat the Blades and we are on it again. We will turn it around, we are still sat fairly comfy, a late surge of form is the best way to hit the play offs anyhow. We were never gonna maintain this all season, rather dip now than in april/may!

You never know, if freddy bangs some in we may even get marlon /freddie up front!! DREAM TEAM

Irish, it's more of the fact the others have decent squad and team and are just continuing each season, we have only just started to show some promotion form! (and a curse haha)

As AB has said alot of teams have been together along time, we need to maintain a team for along time. Every season we pretty much change the whole team.
