Mine was like that at that age. His first game was August 2010 so he was four and a bit. For the first couple of seasons he was a nightmare, never paid attention and just played with his star wars figures or played on his DS. LAst season things just clicked and he watches every single minute now. Your's will get there, it's just er....difficult...until they get it.
Trouble with mine is he has a very short attention span. Can't blame he too much, he's only just turned 4. He'll happily go to a game but then invariable get bored, not watch the game and then jump out of his skin when a goal goes in and everyone is jumping around and shouting.

City supporters have already snapped up more than 3,500 tickets for the League One clash at Meadow Lane on Saturday, February 8th but Notts County have released a limited number of additional seats for away supporters.
Tickets are available in Block X1 of the Jimmy Sirrel Stand Upper Tier which can booked through Notts County's ticketing site www.nottscountydirect.co.uk.
Any tickets purchased will need to be collected from the collection point on Meadow Lane with supporters advised to arrive in plenty of time to collect on matchday.
