Does nobody think SISU will be open to offers as soon as promotion is confirmed. Surely selling at the top of a cycle.
We're much more likely to be in L1 as opposed to the Prem in 2 years time so surely this is the time to sell, especially if there is no sign of them building a new stadium.
Wasps need to find a large portion of 35m to pay back bonds in a couple of years, would they sell half the stadium to a CCFC owner that wasn't SISU, if so we are a more attractive prospect to buyers.
Say it’s costing us £1.5m a season, what’s it costing Wasps?
Sponsorship was £1m/season to start with and would be lower now even with us there and they won’t get nothing so that’s an absolute max of £1m/season and more likely closer to £500k. We were paying less than half a million rent IIRC. Which means you’d need another half million at least from related income to just match what we are losing. And us not being there saves them in costs and wear on the pitch (lol) and they have the ability to book the place out more often so there’s some extra income on the other side of the scale.
I know we have this dream of starving them out but if we do it’ll just be because our hedge funds stomach for losses was greater than their hedge fund.
They have gone from having 10/15k every week to having 6/8k every other week, there attendance has dropped of massively, we was probably paying the same rent as we are now at the Ricoh, not only that the casino everyone I was in there before a game there was atleast 500/1000 fans in there drinking gambling ect went in there the other month there was about 30 people in there on a Saturday afternoon, then you have the surrounding shops complaining about how much they are losing, I just think it's a matter of when I honestly can't see us staying away next season but stranger things have happened.

They're open to offers all the time. It's what a buyer is willing to pay and what SISU want. The two are never, and very unlikely ever will be, anywhere near each other. If we go up SISU's price will go up accordingly and buyers will baulk at it. Especially given the stadium situation.
If SISU were a potential buyer at this point in time they'd say the finances were all of the place and the club was worthless. Because they're the seller they claim it's worth tens of millions.
That far in now may as well stay on this ride .
Might turn out to be the most counter intuitive route to profit going.
New wolf in sheep's clothing often upset the apple cart .
Enough with the clichés!!

Sisu lose court battle and go broke. Wasps buy them out and a big love in begins between both clubs. Problem solved.....
