The kids is the correct term and sadly these kids will be pushed in, chopped up and spat out the other end,, with a few having a chance to move once the club and fans have took the piece out of them... Every Kid at the club is in a very bad position, as chances of making it are higher, but the chances of be over played due to the size of squad is a real factor and could effect development of the individual..

Sisu has to sell young gifted players to fund the running of the club, so potentially harming what is your life blood is does not make sense... I posted weeks ago this club falls into the crewe model,, no real plan to suceed just a plan to survive with turnover of young players for profit.. It is not a good position to be in either player or club wise,, i agree the likes of maddison are good enough but are they ready week in, week out to play at the level of football required?,, im not sure him or others can handle it yet.

Where this situation ends is anyones guess but TF, SW and JS when they walk away can never say they have done a good job or say they have brought the club on.. TF should be ashamed of what he is done, SW should never be in a position where he and the word Football are mentioned in the same breath and as for JS well she doesn't care never has and never will and deserves ever bit of bad press she gets.. She should also be held accountable by fans and FL alike as someone who made decision that have taken this club to its current state.. We are very much on the edge and if we think the short term looks bleak then look closer to what is around the corner because that is an oncoming train......

Noooooooooooo what on gods earth will we do without The Rock, Pugh, Barton, Miller & Nouble where will the goals come from where will the rock solid defence get it's inspired leadership from???

Honestly all of them can go, they will of course leave and prove the point that the problem is not the players but the manager by going on to score freely in a promotion chasing team.

Don't worry though at least we're not operating a revolving door policy anymore when it comes to shit managers.

The kids are having a good season. Still in with a great chance of winning the category 2 under 18's league and they progressed further in the FA Youth Cup than a Coventry team has done for many a year. My question is, even if SP wants to put a few of the second year scholars on a pro contract, will the club let him because of the financial situation? (Saying that, if there is only 11 contracted players so far for next season, the wage structure must be well in tact). There is no doubt that some of these kids deserve a contract and I'm sure if they were at other clubs, a deal would already be done. Even if they were to just play 21's or be loaned out for experience.

It's going to be the case next year too. We are signing shite with a tiny chance of doing well. There is no point giving any of them 3 years as soon they sign. Until the ballbags in charge invest properly and sign proven players. I'd rather half the team we've got now fucked off rather than being stuck with them for another 2 years. I do not trust Pressley to get anyone decent in though.
