I know we have a few nicknames for a few of our players, but I think we may need one for gael because no matter how hard I try I can still not figure out how to say his last name. Any ideas?

I was thinkin the same. Then when he does something brilliant we can chant "Gael Gael Gael", like spurs do with Gareth Bale!

I call him biggi... A bloke behind me shouted "go on littlun" on Saturday lol made me chuckle. And when I think wellens and biggi stood face to face a few lads near near started singing "biggi, knock him out...biggi,biggi, knock him out"

I've cracked it now, but had to say it a few times. it is pronounced Biggy Ree Marner

Think Biggy will be his nickname. Hopefully if he continues to excel we can change that to Pele.

Me and the lads were referring to Christie as Miley on saturday, and clearly teh only nickname for the wonder from Burundi is Biggie!

As the hair on the top of his head looks like a bit like a fungus we could call him The Funghi from Barundi!
