I see that England midfielder Jordan Nobbs has a ruptured ACL and will miss next year's World Cup in France.

Really bad luck on her of course. But a golden opportunity for headline writers!

yep plenty to write on that one (if it ever made the papers!). I don't really follow the team, what are their chances in this tournament??

Their chances are excellent since they are ranked very highly based on recent performances.
Unfortunately, they are not quite at the highest level of teams like Germany, Brazil and the USA.
But with some iuck, who knows?

Who knows but be sure the media will be in overdrive to ensure its treated the same as the men's World Cup. Patronising really should let it become popular naturally
