It could be argued that the belief that there is a need for a Director of Performance undermines the manager’s position.The effectively head of sport science is not going to be undermining the managers position.

Dr Claire came in, new coaches came in, Lawrence left, left Viveash, Robins then on his own to figure tactics out etc etc, it’s impossible to know the exact reason we’ve been so inconsistent this season/last season. There’s so many little details that are going on in the background, blaming the introduction of iPads just seems ludicrous to me.
