I recon MR was thinking this has potential to get messy, kind of game where our striker is gonna get knackered chasing shadows for no reward. Also we have seen Hamer lose his rag when we are getting a hiding. Losing him on red for the next few games would be a nightmare

Having reflected on it a bit I'm happy to wait and see how things go before completely writing things off, but still disappointed than we're not playing our strongest available team for a league game. Feel we'd be better of rotating via making more subs in games as opposed to picking and choosing games to not go full strength. Fail get anything today, or to beat Derby or Rotherham and this team selection looks a bit silly.
