Login on ticket site and go to
https://www.eticketing.co.uk/ccfc/Authentication/ClientUpdate
where you should be able to edit the Date of Birth.

Can’t edit birth date, he doesn’t even have a date submitted so frustrating

Have you previously submitted a birth certificate?

I think for an U16 you will need to email or provide evidence of the date of birth, they emailed out to alot of people before the start of the season (was a thread on here!) to provide birth cert or passport, they did for my son even though its his 4th year as a season ticket holder.

Email ticketoffice@ccfc.co.uk and they should be able to sort it tomorrow when back open.

Think you have to blame all the adults that were buying kids tickets so they can get in cheap.
