I think robins is expecting us back next season,Joy has given him her backing is this regarding him wanting us back ? I don’t see it happening anytime soon anyway I just hope it doesn’t come to a position we lose robins over it.
Would that be against the CCC and not the WASPs one then?yep asked this and the answer appears to be the Eu complaint is a legal act. Well ok then but it can’t be taken back
Get us back to the Championship and SISU might be in a better position to sell for an appropriate amount rather than the Quid thats being offered. That’s my biggest concern. Take out Robins and we are back where we were before Robins and the club was only heading in one direction. Get us into the Championship and keep us there with a sizeable stadium and I think we’ll be OK.
Even if Fisher was on CWR tomorrow morning saying they'd bought Ikea and put in a planning application you'd be looking at 5 years if you're lucky, more likely 10 or more, before a stadium was built. Therefore if we're going to play in Cov in the short to mid term the only option is the Ricoh.people’s desire to get back to a stadium that is not a medium / long term solution is difficult for me to get. It’s never been ours and suspect it never will be

Lets get back to Cov and then worry about what to do long term.
We just need ro concentrate on the remainder of the season at birmingham and hope the powers that be can resolve their differences for next season
It's only legal action if the EU commission conclude wrongdoing took place.yep asked this and the answer appears to be the Eu complaint is a legal act. Well ok then but it can’t be taken back
Nor meOk nobody answered last time so I’m going to try again.
if negotiations had broken down, why did anyone sign an NDA? You sign an NDA to protect details of deals that happen, not that don’t happen.
When was it signed and what does it cover- does it cover us not playing at the Ricoh (doesn’t make sense) or just the negotiations that happened to that point (in which case wouldn’t an NDA have been invalidated?)
I know the indemnity is the big issue but I don’t understand why anyone would have signed it when there was no actual deal between us & Wasps to protect confidentiality around.
Does anyone know?Nor me
Ask Derek Richardson or Nick Eastwood or Clive or Stuart or dave boddy or Joy seppalla but don’t expect to get an answerDoes anyone know?

If only we had some way of asking those involved mmmmmmI could be wrong as I know very little about the ins and outs, but wasn’t the NDA signed at the same time there was a deal agreed between Wasps and SISU to stay at the Ricoh, which only came out once CCC received the information regarding the EU challenge and the deal was off?
Like I say there’s a good chance I’m wrong I’m just hypothesising based on my memory of the situation
What a wank analogy, christ you talk shiteYou do Vivash a disservice. Since the pairing with Robins everything started to go in a better direction. Credit to Robins but Vivash has hd a lot of involvement.
Vivash to Robins, think Cummings to Boris
Is that a biased opinion?SISU could buy a Crown Green Bowling facility near London, courtesy of a mega discount from the local council. We call ourselves ‘Jasper Bastards FC’....then forcefully purchase Enfield’s OAP Aqua Fitness Center as a training facility.
Imagine...if you will...a slide-rule Allen through-ball to Godden on that fucking immaculate surface**
**Obviously Godden is flagged offside ....by a disgruntled old local who’s so pissed off at not being able to Aqua Zumba to Janet Jackson’s ‘Nasty Boys’ that he went and got FIFA refereeing badges
For around 5500 people that doesn't seem to be a problem but for another 10k they don't want to make the journey as it can be a pain in the arse. Not everyone can afford to travel or bothered to make that extra effort instead of walking or getting a bus a couple of miles to the ricoh.I can walk to the Ricoh, this is the first season in years I haven't had a season ticket and pick and choose my games at St Andrews.Always a post or two like this after a good win. Just make the short trip to Brum enjoy the football and stop being bitter.
Interesting, did you have a season ticket because you could walk to the Ricoh, would you have one if the stadium was the opposite side of town and you had to travel across town ?For around 5500 people that doesn't seem to be a problem but for another 10k they don't want to make the journey as it can be a pain in the arse. Not everyone can afford to travel or bothered to make that extra effort instead of walking or getting a bus a couple of miles to the ricoh.I can walk to the Ricoh, this is the first season in years I haven't had a season ticket and pick and choose my games at St Andrews.

I had one at Highfield Road as well.Interesting, did you have a season ticket because you could walk to the Ricoh, would you have one if the stadium was the opposite side of town and you had to travel across town ?

Big difference Birmingham to the other side of Coventry. I was considering renewing this season but couldn't see me going every game at St Andrews. There are about 8/10 of us that pick and choose games as not everyone can make the games certain weeks due to family commitments.I applaud everyone that makes the journey.Interesting, did you have a season ticket because you could walk to the Ricoh, would you have one if the stadium was the opposite side of town and you had to travel across town ?

I was just thinking it can take as long to get across town some days.Big difference Birmingham to the other side of Coventry. I admit the travel is a pain but cost isn’t an issue. It’s cheaper to go on the train than drive to a paid car park at the Ricoh - it’s £2.50 for night games
