Something about all this doesn’t feel quite right. It’s April tomorrow and yet Coventry City aren’t continuing to stoke a slow but smokey self-immolation, forging an admirably mundane league position from a state of genuine promise. Nor are they carefully prising up the trapdoor beneath them that’s been neatly locked up for decades, in order to plunge down into its unfathomable depths and appear in a league where – according to FA Cup commentary at least – the entire stock of the world’s postmen ply their trade.
Sleeping in a doorway like a TRAMP!!! IKnow you live in Margate, But come on.
Excellent report. Just as well you didn’t come with us we got there at 3:30.
Few years ago I was in Margate & walked up one particular street having been to the shell grotto which was nearby. Could have sworn I was in Beirut....

I made a point of visiting the micropubs in the area. Plenty of them and all selling top notch ale. The Harbour Arms was an experience ! Got fined £1 for simply saying the word 'lager'. Also did all the micros in Broadstairs as well as all of them going West as far as Whistable. Not a bad boozer amongst any of them.
