Was he injured yesterday or has he joined the bomb squad also.

A frustrating player who is clearly not wanted by Ipswich but doesn't seem to be putting himself in the shop window whilst here to secure a move elsewhere, seen enough to recognise he has talent and that he should be scoring plenty at this level but he seems very moody. his post match interview after his wonder goal against Plymouth he was very awkward not through shyness but gave the impression he wasn't bothered. strikes me as a tough one to manage.

we are only allowed 5 loans in match day squad so he missed out

I believe that we used the max number of 5 loans in the squad without him. Madine, Pennington, Allsop, McQuoid and Martin.

Yep left out because of the 5 loan rule, I don't think Pressley is keen on him anyway. Even if we could afford to bring him here permanently I don't think Pressley will be keen on doing it. Shame as he's got ability

OK that explains why he didn'tmake the squad, so McQuoid was picked in preference to him as no way could drop martin, GK, madine nor pennington.

Kind of, Pressley played 451 yesterday, and mcqoid played on the wing.

So much ability, but has proved time and time again that he has issues and is hard to manage. Will be another player with no club or career in a few months time and will be wondering why it all went wrong. It will a big wake up call when he has to work for a living.

It sadens me that too may players think they are gods gift and drift from club to club heading down the league's instead of putting the effort in.

Think Pressley realises we need a big man up top. Madine is miles better than Nouble though. If Sheff Weds call Madine back then I would expect Nouble back in the starting XI.

I don't see anything in his career that suggests this, wasn't he a permenant feature at Ipswich last year?

No, he started 22, sub 21, scoring just 4 goals.

It SP does prefer McQuoid even as a wide player in a 4-5-1 then the prospects of him wanting to extend Nouble's loan look pretty slim.

I do not understand putting our leading goalscorer (before that game) out on the wing. It's almost like SP is doing everything he can to lessen the likelyhood we will score. As for Madine, it was very unprofessional for him to remove his shirt and get a yellow card. That should never happen.

Nouble is just not very good.

I said this at the time of his signing and was ridiculed. After he scored against Gillingham I was ridiculed even further.

If we don't keep hold of Madine then we may have no choice to stick with Nouble, but I think it looks likely we will get Madine permanently.

Thought McQuoid did OK on the wing. Forget about goalscoring - it's solidity we need and 5 in midfield brought that.

i am a big fan of nouble, but pressley keeps changing his mind from1 striker 2 to jordan clarke upfront so god knows wether he will stay or not.

Good job you're not our manager then. You did see that we won 2-0 away from home right??
