Loans players don't care enough all season, they do enough to get noticed then give up. The players out of contract will not be replaced with anything as good fleck for example has been good but not lately however, who has. So I think Mowbray will walk when we finish about 12th and the club will say transitional period and we will be crap again never get back in champ let alone prem.

We could do worse than look for a few more prominisng non-league players (like Stokes) who would be glad of the chance to step up a couple of levels.

I agree with the OP. A lot of this comes down to player selection in my opinion, and I think some of the loan players aren't pulling their weight although it isn't all attributed to them.

Now the whole team just look like a shadow of their former selves.
