Performance director. Probably largely looking at athletic performance of players I imagine, but I don’t really know.
and you're doing mine in, crying like you're the only one who got bad news, blasting other fans like a toddler who spilled his Vimto. Guess we're stuck with each other.
yeah, her job is to give the players the best chance and getting prepared. Her job is not as some cretins think related to tactics on the pitch.Performance director. Probably largely looking at athletic performance of players I imagine, but I don’t really know.

I'm defo on the Robbins “in” camp. See previous posts. But the owner has a decision to make. He must be doing it in the best interests of the club in his opinion - which is in the same interests as us all.No one was happier than when King took over from SISU and lets face it no one would want them back.
Since the takeover however, I have slowly been starting to become disillusioned with the King regime. The shock of Adi leaving without a hint of explanation and no glowing words about our most successful Assistant Manager ever. The wall of silence about everything whilst claiming transparency.
It has been evident that MR has been eased out of a great deal of his previous responsibilities. Every now and then, things have slipped out. MR has said he no longer has the final say in transfers or any involvement in loans. The one that was a real classic was he could not discuss an injury due to data protection.
MR has been our most successful Manager since Jimmy Hill and there are no more on that list in modern times. Anyone trying to belittle his achievements know very little about football. We are averaging over 25k at home and selling record numbers of shirts because of the last management group, and their continuous success, nothing to do with King. IMHO, MR is a Manager and Adi was the main coach. It is well documented that they made Vik, Callum, Ben Josh and Gus the players they are today
I said at the start of the season if it a'int broke don't fix it. That is exactly what King has done. We needed evolution and we've got revolution. Unfortunately, history tells you that most revolutions usually end up with a worse outcome.
We have been here before creating a tsunami of success then through stupid Owner decisions falling back to mediocrity. Refusing to give Jimmy Hill the contract he wanted and allowing George Curtis to move upstairs brought our brilliant futures to a halt.
King has one chance at redemption bringing in a Head Coach that is better than what has gone. Don't think the favourite Frank Lampard is the answer.
There's an emergency phone in on CWR with Clive and Oggy.
Normally I would laugh at that sentence...
Me and you went through this earlier , but you decided to do some susie dent shit and pull me up in a word used in a chat with somebody else .
I get it , you understand why the club let him go
We don't need to continue chatting about it ?
What’s with the name calling? You’re quick to criticise others when they throw insults
She's the women who explains what words mean on countdownI don't know who Susie Dent is but...

I have no agenda. I genuinely didn’t know the COO had premier league experience. But he's not a woman so it goes against their agenda
Will I fuck, I'll admit I was wrong to say sorry as you are a proper nasty piece of work. He'll be in my DM's apologising again soon probably
Don't know, the problem at the moment is with the tactics on the pitch and the person who was in charge of that was Robins.Do you think that's working then at the moment? Because most players have been a shadow of their former selves this year
Nothing other than Dougs had this in mind since the second Adi went in my view
I sound like a stuck record, but this is Dougs toy. No one else is allowed to tell him how he should play with it. There were some grubby fingerprints on it (Robins and Viveash) from the last people who owned the toy and he cant have that because he wants his new toy to be all shiny and only his, and if anyone offers advice or help on his toy or goes against how he should play with his toy then they are told to get fucked
He won't like the ego bashing he's getting at the moment put it that way. Couldn't wait to get himself on Talksport when it was going well. Hiding away like a little bitch now he's being asked by media outlets for comment now he's made this decision

So the choice was to either stick with Robbins, a single point of failure, whom has got us a kick away from the Prem and FA Cup final, or change the structure to sustain the club in terms of the “model” ala clubs like Brighton whom will aim to slot managers / head coaches into a structure that is already in place. Long term thinking.
Option 1 if got us the Prem obviously the correct answer - its a huge shame for Mark. Sentiment aside - DK must think option 2 is the optimal choice for the club.
We have to move on and support the players and fingers crossed this works.

@mmttww I wouldn't take much notice of the anger today , emotions are high and people are saying things they might not mean ..
So apologies susie
I think we all have to remember that even if we disagree, and tempers get flared, it just shows that we all care about the club, and for that matter, Robins.
She's the women who explains what words mean on countdown
But she is 'performance director'
The players aren't performing at their maximum no?
So if you're saying, and fairly, that Robins takes blame, then surely the woman physically given the role.to ensure players perform at their peak, and aren't, should take some of the flak no?
Why would anyone cry over anything you say?Say that again without crying
That's not what "performance" means in that role. But she is 'performance director'

Is that her actual job then? Physical performance?
There seems to be some things saying she does all psychiatric stuff on them
Why would anyone cry over anything you say?
You are a c**t, David Collins told you some of my personal information and you decide you'd post it on her to try and "dox" me.
I do feel for you, your whole purpose as a City fan was based on your relationship to Richard Overson and now he has stopped giving you info and your "itk" persona has ended you are are trying to find a niche to allow you stay relevent.
It's sad that a man with a family acts like this
It's such fine margins. 3 game unbeaten run. Torp would have been picked to start if he wasn't carrying a knock. That would have made all the difference, because Saka looked lost in the middle.Don't know, the problem at the moment is with the tactics on the pitch and the person who was in charge of that was Robins.
This head coach, for me, can only be being pushed by Dr Claire. Doug, with zero footballing experience wouldn’t have come up with this, and she appears to be the only person at the club with Premier League experience.
Oh did you not share the Gentlemans Excuse me thread? Disappointed.
I'm similar tbh and felt more anxious when Adi Viveash was sacked, was hoping Mark Robins could turn things around but last night I left with the distinct feeling the players were trying to get him sacked.yep.
On reflection he seemed lost without Viveash and Lawrence, so maybe it's time.
What a great era though.
That the best you got? That's a massive flounce that is, bigger than Christmas. Got Samaritans number if you need it you absolute wet lettuce
That the best you got?
If it wasnt for an enlarged toe nail at Wembley last April, he would certainly still be in a job
