Nah I’m honestly baffled at the hysteria.
Not a Doug fanboy at all but the fact is he’s still at the club, Robins isn’t, so I’m prepared to give him the benefit of the doubt.

Him Kitching and Thomas must be the most unlikeable players since Marlon King.
I quite like BT. I think when he plays it simple rather than trying to spray balls here and there he's a good, no nonsense defender. Have never warmed to Kitchin and thought we vastly overpaid for him. Wouldn't be sad to see him go.Hard to say. Never met them.

True, but there were 27 years between JS being sacked and MR’s second appointment, so we might have to be very patient…
Less of the initials please, causes untold confusion John or Joy, no contest but probably not clear to younger members as well¿That is true but we had some good players, teams, after JS, remember when Sky used to call us the Entertainers with players like, Gary McCallister Robbie Keane Darren Huckerby Noel Whelan Dion Dublin Steve froggatt John Salako ect.

Yup, because the timing now seems all wrong. A 3 game unbeaten run and 2 good wins.
Think he was just waiting for the next defeat.
It’s not really hysteria though is it. The longest run of unbroken progress and success we’ve had in decades has just been ripped up, and we have a very uncertain future now with a completely new approach to managing the club.
I’d actually be in favour of the data driven approach, but my god King is taking some risk doing this, and the doubt is whether he knows who to appoint without turning us back into a basket case of a club. It’s not hysteria.

A pathetic performance against Derby...
It’s total hysteria - go and have a lie down in your shed - the one you call Croatia
It was just bucking the trend wasn't it.A 3 game unbeaten run - what a time to be alive
Maybe stop posting then. There's plenty of hysteria, some people are trying their hardest to out angry others all over social media and some posts on here are just strange.

I told you to keep that photo between us mate
Mark Robins was more than a manager to Coventry City fans. He was family.
Driving to St George’s Park yesterday for the England squad announcement, I received a call from a distraught Coventry City-supporting friend.www.henrywinter.football
I’ll be very interested to see what the new manager is allowed to spend put it that way.'They didn’t judge Robins solely on results, which certainly haven’t been good enough this season, especially with King’s investment.'
This annoys me, it's not really King's investment is it?! It was Robins that turned £1m x2 into £15m and £20m. King's just decided how to spent it.
he'll be back for the Sheffield United game

Oh that’s ok then. So it’s absolutely great but also totally and utterly pointless. And why would i look at a different department? what happens on the pitch is not "sports science"
You can have poor performances on the pitch while having a brilliant sports science team, the sports science performance and the football operations performance are not mutually inclusive.
He’s jacked it in since King come in and stripped him of his lanyard and access to the players but yesterday’s news has just made him Anti-CCFC as a whole saying he’ll be attending games where or if MR takes over another clubhe'll be back for the Sheffield United game
True. But there are also plenty of people who are looking at things entirely rationally, and see this as a decision that carries huge risks for the club. There's plenty of hysteria

Does King have a proper top coach waiting in the wings, or is he about to interview a bunch of unproven hopefuls?
Genuinely saw 'from under his hair' when I first glanced at that,Do you think he can do interviews from his underground lair?
That's one potential candidate taken himself out of the reckoning ...!
A supporter of Robins rather than Coventry City, then. Is that how they do it in Florida? He’s jacked it in since King come in and stripped him of his lanyard and access to the players but yesterday’s news has just made him Anti-CCFC as a whole saying he’ll be attending games where or if MR takes over another club
BUT Frank was never going after SISU left ? Jeez he is a right sort is Frank !
