They've started 2 games together, lost against blackpool at home and beat Wigan at home (although 0-0 when they both left the pitch). They didn't particularly link up well in either game IIRC.

I thought O’Hare was the key to everything???
I mean , using this logic we've done well since sheaf has been out too ?Bump

Given the performances of supporters at half time in the "kick it for a ticket" you could be right!O'Hare, Palmer, Hamer, Sheaf and Allen. All bring something to the table. Why are our fans hell bent on scoring cheap points? Slagging people off who have all got us results?
Oh hang on, I will listen to some terrace moron who can't kick a ball straight over three yards

And based on the fact you've bumped itI reckon this thread'll soon gain some traction based on comments elsewhere(!)
If that is the case (which is very probable) then I’ll wish him all the best. Another who has contributed massively to our turnaround in the last few years.Ohare will never be the same player he was before his injury as he will never have the pace he once had or quick feet. Whether he can adapt his game remains to be seen but one thing has struck me is Robins has not once said its like having a new player having him back which is what managers often say when long term injured players come back.
I would not be surprised to see him gone in January somewhere on loan with a mandatory fee as part of that deal.
Why won’t he… I don’t know enough about these things. I’m just assuming he will get back up to speed once fit!Ohare will never be the same player he was before his injury as he will never have the pace he once had or quick feet. One thing we do have to do is give him more than a couple of sub appearances before deciding! Why won’t he… I don’t know enough about these things. I’m just assuming he will get back up to speed once fit!
Most definitely. One thing we do have to do is give him more than a couple of sub appearances before deciding!
How many times does it need to be said that the only animosity towards him is because of the situation with his contract? Surely that's obvious???!!!Most definitely.
I find it amusing that some seem happy to see him out of the door after a couple of rusty appearances. Its going to be towards the back end of the season where he'll hopefully be back to top form.
When he was fit, he was arguably one of our best and most important players. If he's happy to sign a new contract, we need to get him to sign it.
Well not really, no. There's been comments like he won't get into our team, where would he fit, might as well let him go etc.How many times does it need to be said that the only animosity towards him is because of the situation with his contract? Surely that's obvious???!!!

I don't have a spreadsheet so can't be arsed to find them but they're there.
The reason of that being his contract situation, people are just lashing out. If he still had 3 years people would remain patient and supportive. Football fans are very fickle, nothing worse than thinking a player doesn't want to be at the club you supportWell not really, no.
