I can see a bigger picture and the finances but hey big Dave and Sisu live for stooges like you - the club has no asset base is massively in debt to its owner - a hedge fund whose primary interest is making interest and income for portfolio owners. We don’t even know who these people are
But hey we’ve got back to where we were 15 years ago (other than we have 8 years on a lease and not 45) So actually let’s have No concerns about medium term at all
Who said anything about banning anybody? Nobody. Why make things up that haven't even been suggested?
Like I said, you have a lot more in common with him than you seem to want to realise. You are already spouting the "ban me" type victim act that nobody has even mentioned.
Maybe you can stop giving it out about people having Boddy round for tea in every other thread then while you are having Maton round yourself and ranting like the Sky Blue Trust in 2018.
A concern? Have a day off, the only thing you seem concerned about is O'Hare and making everything about a Tory / Labour borefest.
It was kind of more how the information was released, who do you thinks releasing the information to the telegraph in terms of how much the players are roughly worth.Where was Boddy Hawking O'Hare around in January? The bit in a programme note that said we had turned down a decent offer for one of our players?
If that's it, thats how hawking O'Hare around mate.
Thanks for proving my point.
i commented through the whole of the Birmingham game and until he scored didn’t mention o hare at all or Boddy once but ok fine
you’ve even said it’s my fault other posters start threads about o hare I mean that’s random
Course you can but evidence and facts are useful to back up your caseHe has nothing in common with me - this is tiresome. I don’t defend the council - that is laughable
Many people - not just me - do not think these owners are capable of operating in this league and Boddy with his ridiculous antics at Pershore Town Evesham United and his outrageous treatment of Worcester City clearly is a concern as it’s obvious he has “form” in dealing with clubs with no long term lease / ground ownership
If we can’t talk about these concerns create some rules and ban people from offering a critique
I had lunch once with Mike McGinnity - so what? I’m not a fan
Think joy taking the lead on the new groundit’s ok though big Dave is building a new ground for us
Besides, the player himself would be in the same division as us and no guarantee Norwich would fair any better than us next season. they have an aging side and West Bromhave not exactly made a great run at it either.
Course you can but evidence and facts are useful to back up your case
Moan but at least wait till you have something to Moan about10 m minimum.
we'll take anything to balance books. But never mind we have always been a selling club so we should all accept it and not moan.
PUSB.
Easy to say when it’s not my money. I do agree as a fan although I think the football decisions within the agreed budget are down to tf db and mrJoy if you and Boddy know anything about business you will not sell early in the window. You will have a look at the money changing hands for players and put your price tag on your players accordingly. Anything less than 8 million with a 20% sell on would be horrible business for a player so integral to the tempo we play at.
This summer Joy needs to hold her nerve say no to selling and keep the big 3 at the club. If we look like we're a mile away come January 2023, fine sell one but until then we need to take a calculated gamble and keep hold of our best players as we are close to some seriously huge returns for the club.
He speaks as if we are but it’s not his projectWell does Mr Boddy believe we are building a new ground?
What’s funny? Do you know he doesn’t think it’s happeningHe speaks as if we are but it’s not his project
What’s funny? Do you know he doesn’t think it’s happening
I’m sure the football club budget would be affected but certainly not a decision down to boddy. I think he led on Ricoh discussions for ccfc he’s not with Warwick uniWell I think he’d know as CEO if it’s happening as I can’t believe club budgeting and financing would be independent of such a grand project.
Doesn’t he have any involvement with the Warwick university partnership
Don’t let facts get in the wayThis is what really pisses me off with sisu and body .first off all any 5million will do then sisu will take it as they take boddy's valuation, and assume half a million back to robins will be like gold,Dave boddy it's wrong ,get off the fence and stop it and if you can't then tell joy its 10 million or nothing up front and at least 3 million to robins.
It won't happen because like his predecessor waggott another unable to express a proper opinion as there yes men.
A word for Norwich they will come calling ,2 reasons they get a bargain with a big sell on value 2nd, they weaken a possible promotion rival .
answer this - do clubs go to media agents to try and sell your best players abs generate interest?
Do we need to sell players to avoid taking more high interest loans to actually maintain a positive cash flow in tbe summer?
So you didn't answer my question...you asked one back (typical G tactic).
You also didn't answer my question about going to the audience with Dave. If you're a fan with such a keen eye on our finances, why don't you go and call him out on it?
He will tell you it’s a close knit group of players and he doesn’t want to damage club and player morale by signing players - I would hazard a guess - am I close?

His predecessor was Chris Anderson I thought who negotiated a deal to keep the club in existence
I'm not Dave so I don't know. But why not go and ask him and get confirmation.
If you go and ask him if he touts our players for sale (with proof of you doing it), I'll make a payment of £50 to your charity.
Also, you still didn't answer my question from my original response to you.
He can’t win I’m sure he’s big enough and ugly enough to take it but he can’t winyou seem very protective of him.
you seem very protective of him.
He can’t win I’m sure he’s big enough and ugly enough to take it but he can’t win
Oh here we go again. Another line you've used before.
My position is simply this - good players playing well, attract the attention of other clubs. They don't need senior members of staff 'touting' them and I don't think that's happened here. If you deem that to me being protective of him, cool.
Back to another point I made that you've conveniently ignored - why do you never 'like' or 'love' positive comments on this forum when someone says something positive about the way MR has led the club for example. Just seems a bit, well, strange.
You’ve actually gone through my entire posting history?
He can’t win I’m sure he’s big enough and ugly enough to take it but he can’t win
Yeah, because of your obsessiveness people make threads in response. It isn't random at all.
Hindsight is a wonderful thing. I remember someone ringing CWR saying we had sold Wilson way too cheap. At the time, I disagreed but was proved wrong. Same with Maddison. Injuries have meant both players have never achieved their full potential, but we sold way too cheaply. We must learn from these events and if we have to sell in the Summer, we must realise maximum worth for any of our big three even with sell on clauses.
