Good old Telegraph quality reporting. And according to those pics, it was at Highfield Road.....
Both amazing games. We were brilliant against Wednesday, but it could have gone either way against Leeds. The noise was immense.Preferred the quarter final, my favorite game of all time
I was convinced the ball was out and the goal would be disallowed. Glynn is a post man now I believe !!https://www.coventrytelegraph.net/news/coventry-news/gallery/look-coventry-3-leeds-2-16113499
The best match I have ever been to as a city fan.
That tackle and pass by Benno and the finish from Gynn.
Hugging complete strangers and disbelief at the final whistle.

That’s great. When we were driving back through cov I remember some bloke had come out of his house and was raising a glass to/toasting all the cars as they passed.Personally I felt we played poorly that day and for me the final whistle was a relief. The walk back to the car and the drive back home was unbelievable. My dad was in tears; ‘we are going to Wembley son, we are going to Wembley’
