Oooh....how very exciting....we do love some forensic financial analysis on this site....
Here's hoping it leads to one of those fascinating ACL v SISU threads.....they're just the best.
I look forward to OSBs posts on this subject
Yep, I hope somebody can translate it for us
is this just otium or ccfc holdings and ltd as well.
If its just otium then i should imagine there is nothing to see ?
Has the fact there was an exclamation on the thread title infringed your copyright so you can no longer use it?
Will especially be interesting to see how much of the £60m debts have moved to Otium as it should now hold everything previously in Limited and Holdings.
Maybe the full amount, but I hope to see it at least down to £25m - preferbly even lower.
Don't forget that the accounts that were (over)due, were only to May 2012.

why wait for oldskyblue? we know what he is gonna say
"why have otium decided to file the accounts? could it be they are distracting us from the real evil? just some throughts"
as usual so wrong but why change a habit of a lifetime
I reckon covcity4life is osbs trouble making gangster persona where he can let loose!
I'm not saying it is, would be funny though..

The more interesting accounts for Otium will be the ones to 31/05/14 when it will include ccfc trading. But they wont be available until feb 2015 i would guess

The thoughts of someone who hasn't got 10% of the intelligence of the person he keeps having a go at
ARVO debt from otium accounts is 7.986m plus interest........... the sum included in the administrators debt for CCFC Ltd is 10.25m. As I understand it the claim against CCFC Ltd was on the basis of the security taken not physical loans to CCFC Ltd. Thats an increase of 2.264m, is that increase a mix of capital and interest or just interest? I doubt that any money was lent directly to either CCFC H and CCFC Ltd by ARVO
Just to be clear there is nothing wrong in ARVO charging interest - a bank would do the same
i concur.
At least they're filed now and certain individuals on here can stop wishing for further punishments to be imposed on CCFC due to them not being filed.
