It's an unfair advantage for some clubs, a justifiable need for others.

Just seen this on the Beeb website. First really sensible piece I've seen on the bane of parachute payments for the Yo-Yo clubs and the rest of the division they're competing in.

Trampoline payments as you are supposed to bounce back and bouncing back suits the prem teams, when they are promoted back the next payments are split between the prem teams.
