Bottom of respective tables with a point after similar number of games

Loud murmurings of discontent behind the scenes

Owners unable or unwilling to inject funds

Players sold, not really replaced, others unhappy at not getting transfers

Managers both appearing to be losing patience

Where will both sides end up?

Said in the general football section of the forum a few weeks ago that Leicester are in the brown stuff

Shame, I’d usually be wallowing in this but we need to get our own house in order first

It’s interesting seeing how similar the fan comments are. Though theirs ignore that their owners have been writing huge cheques for years without asking for any back.

Their owners really felt the full force of COVID due to the industry they are in

Also possible that maybe the surviving members of the late owner’s family don’t have the same drive or enthusiasm for LCFC as Vichai did

I still think they will have enough to pull themselves out of any potential relegation but think their days of Top 6 finishes and winning the odd trophy are way over

Agree with that but really they aren’t in any danger unless the Thais ask for the money back

No I can’t see them ever calling the debt in but I can also see themselves wanting to rid themselves of the club as well

If any Leicester fans bad mouthing them that’s another level of fickle and deluded

I'd take relegation from the Prem if it meant, championship tiltle win, premier league title win, fa cup win, charity shield win, European football. All in the space of what 7 years

I’d take a few seasons in non league if it was proceeded by the success they’ve had last few years!

Q.Whats the difference between Fester, Coventry City, Burton Albion and Rochdale?
A. Although bottom like the rest, Rochdale have 1 more point.
PS Just seen Burton haven't got a Manager now.

I'd rather be in Leicester's position than ours.

They issued a statement a few days ago confirming their continued support for the club.

Bit of clickbait there I think. Please everyone get angry:

“The eye-watering amounts of money also appear to be out of touch with the reality of everyday life, as people struggle to deal with the cost of living crisis across England.”

Maybe so yet it's not wrong is it in any scenario it's obscene.

Ha, yeah that last sentence is unnecessary.

Purely from a football finance perspective it is incredible though. Be interested to see if that includes the new training ground which would obviously mitigate it somewhat but if they were to get relegated they'd likely be in serious trouble.

Finally people are seeing through this "plucky underdog" story of Leicester though. They only got where they are by a billionaire writing blank cheques & it's slowly coming back to bite them.

I'm no Leicester City lover but let's give credit where credit is due.

Their owners have given absolutely loads...hospitals, set up charities and before the Chairman was killed in the copter crash he set up a Foundation to fund really good causes in the City & County and built a world class training ground for the football club.

Football aside their fans are hugely appreciate of what they have given to the city of Leicester and County.

Our owners......they haven't even given us the snots off their noses.

In the name of GOD SISU, just go.

I'm certain there's enough expertise, talent and wisdom on this forum and beyond that would make a better fist of running the club.
