Just watching Paul Scholes 'out grumpy' Roy Keane on ITV (which takes some doing), I can't figure out if he talks sense and just calls it as it, or, is just a miserable sod, or both.
As it is. He is used to the best teams under SAF, so I guess measuring other teams by the ones he played in they can look average.
I would hate to hear what he would say if he was commentating on one of our home games. Needless to say I think he may find less positives in our performances than our manager does.

I think you are right, he does talk the truth and I don't think he cares who it offends because he is confident he is not talking bullshit and he has the pedigree to back it up.
He does, however, deliver this in a very dour, monotone way. He comes across as a person that has never laughed at anything in his life.

Or perhaps, quite the opposite, just the slightest glance at a pair of ghostly white, fiery haired back wheels is enough to make any man sad, now imagine being the owner!
You all know Phil Neal has a bid accepted for Paul scholes but the player decided against it and we signed Dion Dublin instead. Phil Neal may have been an embarrassment on the England bench but he did a good thing getting Dion all those years ago
