Note to SISU on the next choice of Manager:- If you pay peanuts, you get monkeys. Without doubt an experienced Manager (ie Nigel Adins for example) won't be cheap, but will pay his way with results.
A new decent attack minded manager, Drop the prices, drop the court cases and drop the stupid lies about stadium la la land, stop putting any young talent in the shop window for a quick sale and things could take an upturn ?!
This is another myth of the modern game......especially as so many ex-pros starting out in management don't need the cash as they are already multi-millionaires...
Exhibit A your honour: Jimmy Floyd Hasslebaink. alleged basic salary of £40K per season at Burton.
Anyway....We must have had a dozen "tried & tested" managers that have come here & failed miserably......
Time to be bold & appoint either a brand new manager in his first post since playing (ie: find the next Jimmy Floyd) or a rising star from outside of the top 4 divisions.
As stated yesterday, my choice would be Karl Marginson from FC Utd.
