Really needs to learn to spell whether correctly! It was spelt weva earlier, now it's wether! Also, they're going to look into it anyway aren't they? Might not be very hard (I'd imagine a glance at the paperwork) but I can't see this making them sit down and scrutinize it any more. May be being cynical.

Getting on for 4,000 signatures in a few hours now...which ever way you look at in terms of weva(!) it will make a difference to the way the FL views this, it does demonstrate the strength of feeling.
