I read that all money from the 4 play off games is pooled and shared equally, presumably tv money etc too, any idea how much that's worth to us?
I assume the final only split 2 ways and a straight 50/50 despite however many from each go. No doubt Wembley have a huge cut as different pricing structures for each play-off game and again tv money.
My best guess would be 50k at Wembley average £35 ea so £1.75m in gate receipts. Matchday exes, EFL slice and Wembley profit probably account for £750k so we each get £500k and about £50k ea for tv rights. Add to that approx. £200k for the semi finals and another 25k per game for each of those would be £800k total.
Complete guesses so can anyone put a bit more science on things from previous years or do you think that's about right?
