I tend to come up with nicknames sometimes for our players with my mates, often they think they're shite or they go along with it. Here they are.

Deegan - pitbull (it's a given, thats what he was called at bohemians)
Turner - the Rhino (Was at the open trainign session at the Ricoh, he stormed the ball down like a RHINO)
Hussey - Huss the Bus (came up with this at reading, paha)
King - The King

Any others?

Hah! Remind me of when I uses to try to get people to call Paul Telfer 'the shelf'... No, it didn't really make sense then either. I tried valiantly to get Elliot Ward known as Franco, as in Baresi, but nobody followed...

Westwood- The mole, because he's always digging holes in the pitch before kicks.
Turner - used to be bambi (on ice) mainly because a few seasons ago that's how he played.. huge transformation
Eastwood- Fat Freddie
McIndoe- Killer or Tiger ... mainly because he's neither when going in for a tackle.
Jutiekwitz- Jukebox or The Juke
Doyle- Terrier
Deegan- Bull dog
Keogh- Forest Gump

End is harsh on Bell. Given recent form, I'd go with Colin.

We used to call Clingan 'Worf'. [Spock wasn't Klingon - he was half-human and half-Vulcan.] Now he's 'Super Sammy Clingan'.

We used to call Platt 'Plattini'. Now he's 'The Tree'.
