Bored of reading about mowbray, so thought i wouod have a bash at the player ratings.

RCC 4 - cost us the first goal and made some very odd decisions. Did make a worldie when they scored their second. But his worst game for us.
Sterry 5 - average
Willis 5 - got dominated by their big centre backs
Turnbull 5 - worst game for us, not as good as Martin.
Page 5 - no better than Haynes. Average
Bigi 4 - gave the ball away a lot and looked lost on the right wing which wasnt his fault. Did put the ball in for the equaliser
Stevenson 6 - the lad oozes class, calm on the ball and some clever passes.
McCann 6 - did OK
Reid 7 - played well, direct first half but did go missing second half
Tudguy 4 - poor, shouldn't be starting as much as he is.
Sordell 6 - scored, worked hard but just doesn't look enough of a threat

Subs
Jones - 6 some strong running.
Agyei - 4 ran around a bit.
Wright N/A - scored but wasn't really on long enough to rate

Agree - Reid had a good game. My mate was going mental about the repeated ineffective throw in routines, where Tudgay started 4 yards behind the defender, the throw came in towards the box - cue, defender heading away with Tudgay still a yard away from reaching the defender (who would have beaten him, even if he had got there). Jones made a difference when he came on. Thought Wimbledon were just a group of big lumps, who if the ball was in the air, gave us trouble. Stevenson looks promising too.

Bit harsh on Bigi, worked hard
I made it only two mistakes from him
We were much more on the front foot last night and direct instead of overworking the ball one touch, two touch, pass, Reid especially.

Oh and there are times it goes backwards when it doesn't have to.

Would agree with a lot of that, though I thought Sterry had quite a good game and along with Reid was our biggest threat, especially first half. 6 from me.

Would give Bigi 5. He did make some mistakes, but there was a bit of good stuff in there too. Basically, typical Bigi.

Other quick notes:

Don't think Stevenson gave the ball away once, though was bullied off it on one occasion (though possibly a foul). Really impressed with this lad. Big future ahead I think.

And agree on Sordell. I know he did score a poachers goal there, but he does seem to lack that poachers instinct overall. That one miss was dreadful.

I think my prediction of 33 goals for the season for him may be just a tad high. Knock 3 or 4 off that, or maybe 28 and it may just prove to be a little bit more accurate.

RCC 4 - Bad for the first goal, nearly did it again just after
Sterry 6 - thought he was decent, attacked well and some good passes in
Willis 4 - got hammered
Turnbull 4 - got hammered
Page 5 - a couple of good runs and crosses
Bigi 5 - got an assist, but was very quiet
Stevenson 7 - Our best midfielder, should started again tomorrow.
McCann 6 - neither here or there
Reid 7 - Motm I think, was doing what he was best at just running at them and putting balls in
Tudguy 4 - needs a rest
Sordell 5 - not sure why we play him on the wing

Subs
Jones - 5 did some stepovers, ran with the ball into dead ends
Agyei - 4 dont think he got a touch did he?
Wright 5 - He scored

Turnbull ale Willis getting some bad scores here which is a Little confusing as they were possibly the busiest and bruised come 9(9) minutes.
Beaten to the head a lot by some very very powerful lumps up front, think all 3 got subbed off so their play plan is this only, ,and you fear they'll probably be in the bottom 3 come end of season if this is their plan to survive.
I would give them both a 6 but equally the 2 goals came from that same weakness. They did keep Wimbledon down to 4 shots of Merritt, which is pretty decent.
First goal from them the whole defence switched off, rcc was at fault but I don't think he had a choice as their man was clean through without challenge from anyone

Tudgay was dreadful. How I see a 6 for him in this thread is unbelievable

RCC 4 - Cost us the first goal, some strange decision making. Good save before 2nd goal but not good enough at the moment.
Sterry 5 - Why have we got him, can't see why people rate him.
Willis 5 - No this best game, needs someone stronger next to him.
Turnbull 4 - Can we have Martin back? worst game this season.
Page 4 - Send him back and play Haynes, no real difference between them
Bigi 5 - Why move him out on the right to bring in McCann, was not really in the game
Stevenson 5.5 - Will make a good player but needs time.
McCann 5 - Can see the point of him, wasting money that could be spent elsewhere.
Reid 6 - Good 1st half than vanished in the 2nd
Tudguy 5 - Don't get where he is playing, he sems to take up a No.10 role rather than be upfront, has ability but the legs are not there..
Sordell 4 - Another person imitating a professional footballer, scored but can't hold the ball up, can't jump

Subs
Jones - 5 .
Agyei - 4 .
Wright 5 for scoring but didn't do much else
