RCC 6 - 3 good saves but should have done better with the goal regardless if he was fouled or not.
Phillips 5 - mixed bag, always offered an outlet but often ignored. Some good and poor defending.
Martin 6 - good goal, but didn't look comfortable at times defensively especially when Turner went off. Sloppy with his touch and passing at times
Turner 6 - his injury is a big loss
Stokes 6 - best of the defence, did a half decent job covering at centre back but did make a couple of errors.
Vincelot 8 MOTM - took on the captains armband and did what he does best, chasing harrying, covering, breaking up play.
Bigi 6 - did OK, often played as a third centre back. He's just not as dynamic, have the passing range or the urgency of fleck, who we desperately missed yesterday
JOB 7.5 - our best player on the park in the first half, plays with tempo and intelligence and was always the one who looked likely to put Armstrong through
Cole 6 - an assist, and more involved than the Barnsley game. The problem is we expect miracles from him, and he just isn't the player he was
Kent 5.5 - runs at players, then creates nothing. He did work hard defensively for the team but he just isn't good enough.
Armstrong 5 - his worst home performance. Should have squared that chance to JOB, let down by no service.

Subs
Haynes 5.5 - did OK, like Phillips I don't think he's going to be good enough for league one.
Maddison 6 - took 10 mins to get into the pace of the game, but then showed some exquisite touches.
Fortune 5 - right wing???? faired a little better through the middle but not good enough if we seriously want promotion.

Agree completely with those scores Stu and wouldn't change anything at all.

Why oh why does fortune get more game time than Tudgay?

I can only assume he has some compromising photographs of Mowbray from one of the many Xmas do's they've been on ;)

Not sure, but you could see exactly what TM was trying to do yesterday in bringing Fortune on. It did make sense.

I'd agree it eventually made sense but he did initially put him the wing, which didn't make any sense.

Agree with most of that but I'd take at least a point from Phillips. Still annoyed by him consistently giving the ball away, being out of position and eventually allowing Oldham in at the end which resulted in the goal. If we had a more experienced right back in we'd have seen the game out yesterday.

Also think fortune did quite well yesterday and offered a more physical outlet up front when he came on, chased more than he usually does and nearly set up Armstrong at the death

Like Otis, I can't argue with any of that. 6 is about right for Bigi, but it was 8 in the first half and 4 in the second when he tired, which maybe cost us two points because we completely lost control of the match.

Would go with all those Stu but probably one change and that would be 7 for Stokes.

I would agree Bigi in the first half was superb but badly faded in the 2nd half I would have opted to put Lameiras on for Bigi and left Kent on although Kent was having a quiet 2nd half but we definitely lost the midfield battle 2nd half

Also we had 61% of possession yesterday but could only muster 5 shots on target being the home side thats not really good enough considering our league position

Phillips I'm afraid is not League One standard. That's the way I see it anyway. He showed a lot of promise at one point, but seems to have too many frailties in his armoury and you always worry about his rash tackling and giving the ball way.

Maybe that can still be coached out of him, bit he certainly now seems to be stuck at a certain level and has not progressed.

Rcc 6 amazing save and fouled fir goal. Not much else to do

Philips 5.5 played well till made his customary mistake for the goal corner

Martin 6 good goal ,bit sloppy on the ball few times

Turner 6 good till injury

Stokes 8 brilliant cover at cb. What a signing

Bigi 7 battled well and some good passing too. Less of a factor going forwards 2nd half though

Vincelot 8 magnificent battling display. Bailed out team mates so many times

Cole 6 nowhere near as bad as some make out. But bit off pace

Obrien 8 worked socks off all game long

Kent 7 looked our most dangerous threat going forwards

Armstrong 6 poor decision making and not really in gsme much

Haynes 5 terrible defensive mind. Loses man 247

Fortune 5 why play him on wing???

Maddison 5 few nice touches but no impact.

Yes we could all see what he was trying to do by bringing Fortune on, but then baffling to see on on the R/H/S I mean wtf is going there again!

As soon as he went upfront last 5 mins as a target man he did ok much better, actually held the ball up!

Stokes 7 -
Martin 7 -
Phillips 5 -
Turner 6 -
Vincelot 8 -
Bigi - 7
JOB - 7 -
