I believe that the short-term contracts and loans are a big factor in our league position - it's simply not feasible to rebuild an entire side every season without expecting an impact. I understand the reasons (which must be cost-related and also reflect the owners' desire to be able to liquidate and get what they can at the drop of a hat). If anything was needed to demonstrate the short termism of the club this is it.
