We had numerous chances to clear the first and the second - well - Burge seems to flap the ball down Mason is asleep abd the shot was tame - it seemed to bobble and was nowhere near the corner. It would be good to see it behind the goal.
So when we play relegated teams we automatically do and should get 3 points? Brilliant. And signing 9 new players replacing our one natural goal scorer of 28 goals means promotion. Dear oh dear.

Just watching back on ifollow, 15 mins in. Hiwula so unlucky. That volley is flying in and hits the defender smack in the face. Smashed one at point blank straight at the keeper who knew nothing about it and that chaplin chance one on one where he's stretching. Just knock the ball left and let the keeper take you out. Keeper comes flying out and chaplin tries an attempt, bit of composure there and that's a pen.
To anyone asking "Why did MR keep Chaplin on?", I'd suggest it's because CC has scored three in the last four games and MR therefore considers him our most likely goal threat.
I think we changed too much in pre season, we lost a bit of eurporia of promotion and didn’t replace with absolute quality. Agogo sadly isn’t going to play for us, Baka was a bit of a panic buy as the Chaplin deal didn’t look like coming off, Brown questionable at times. Our two best players aren’t ours players either.
We were 'too good to go down' from the Premiership back in the day in tye 'expert's' consideted opinions.
In fairness we are struggling a bit with the lower teams - but the recent ones have all just started to have or ve hitting a richer vein of form & making a bit of a fight of things by the looks.
